It's a nice spa hotel. I did not experience the spa, because I only traveled for one night. The room are OK, it has the motel vibe on a highway. But the outdoor area of the hotel has a provençale vibe which is really nice. You can relax outside with a drink and have a Provence surrounding. Also the main building where the reception and the restaurant is is nice and quite authentic looking. Staff were really kind, just seemed to me a bit stressed. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

總整體環境很好，酒店不大，但是各種細節做的很到位。每天打掃也很及時，房間打掃的也很乾凈細緻。酒店的餐廳就是當地的私廚，每天提供早餐晚餐，味道也很好。有一位白頭髮戴眼鏡的女經理，特別熱情，用餐快結束的時候chef還會出來和大家打招呼，詢問菜品口感。唯一不滿意的是我們定的家庭房，樓上一個雙人床很舒服，但是樓下的梳化床打開後是不平的，睡的特別不舒服，孩子和媽媽在樓上睡，我一個人在樓下三個晚上都沒有睡好

就是一個很一般很一般的住的地方，一個小院圍起來，搭了兩幢兩層簡易房子。房間衹有門可以通風，比較悶。一直開着門吧，蚊子就往裡跑。
服務真心不怎麼樣。有一天晚上斷電，去前台求助。值班人員的意思是她沒有辦法，讓我回去等天亮。但是天氣很熱，沒有空調，蓋着西方賓館的鴨絨被能睡覺嗎？在我再三再四地逼問下，她不知從哪裡找來了一對老夫婦幫忙。問題是在我和值班人員的溝通過程當中，她一直不讓我進大堂，她也一步都沒有走出來過，跟我隔着玻璃瞎扯。我都不知道她當我是住店客人，還是打劫的。
來的兩位不會講英語，靠着我不靠譜的法語簡單交流。兩位既不是業主，也不是電工，業餘純幫忙。好在問題還算簡單，就是整棟樓都跳閘。兩位也非常負責任。
整個地方裝修有點花心思之外，剩下的就是大門隨時封閉，停車比較安全。

地理位置雖然屬於阿威尼翁的城區外，但是環境非常好，也是特意選擇的。

整體設施服務體驗噱頭大於實際。前台服務態度尚可，但是入住和退房時辦理手續比較宂雜而繁瑣。進出門很不方便，而且正門地方的整體格局有些誤導人：行人門其實打不開，對講機能用但是沒有任何反饋讓人以為是壞的
早飯品類與其定價相比略顯遜色，也不怎麼好吃
房間比較寬敞，洗浴設施先進，但是房間的高度堪憂
